Inside Mother Earth’s womb and under the full moon with Mirabai Ceiba.



On March 19th in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, in a symbolic moment, there was a magic event when together with the spring equinox entrance, a full moon on Virgo rose in its perigee, which is its closest distance from the earth. This full moon, was one of the most important of the year, due to its proximity to our planet and it’s relationship with the new season, which is a time for fertility, sawing and blooming, that inspires our prosperity and love.

In this radiant moment, we entered inside Mother Earth’s womb along with Mirabai Ceiba, to celebrate a healing concert in the deepness of an ancient cave discovered only 4 years ago, a pristine place, almost unexplored, on the shore of an underground river surrounded by stalagmites and stalactites within the sacred land of the ancient Mayas.

300 souls held hands together and united hearts in sacred chant to celebrate the blessings of life and pray for brothers and sisters suffering in other parts of the world. Guided by Angelika and Markus's voices, harp, harmonium and guitar, everybody sang healing mantras such as “Guru Ram Das chant” and “Ra Ma Da Sa”, and “Ajai Alai”, the inspiring verses of Guru Gobind Singh, to obtain the power of creative speech and become invincible and compassionate through the repetition of the mantra. Pavan Guru was invoked, the wisdom that brings Prana, life’s vital force. They also sang hymns from other ancient traditions and their own creations, giving closure to the celebration with “Corazón”, one of the songs from their first record, Flores.

Without a doubt, the concert provoked an insight in all the participants to the bottom of their souls and hearts, awakening the consciousness and awareness about the importance of Mother Nature and unconditional love among each other. Mirabai Ceiba invited everyone to open their hearts to find the inner light and personal peace, which holds the hope for achieving world peace
